Enable maybe-ubiquity in mythbuntu builds

Bug Description

The mythbuntu builds don't currently use maybe-ubiquity on bootup. Maybe-ubiquity should be added to the default options when a key isn't pressed.

The same artwork that is used for the standard gfxboot should be used.
