place cursor inside filename field after CTRL+S

Bug Description
Here is another one for the wishlist:
Half of the time I find myself happily typing away after initiating a save game, only to realize
that I forgot to grab the mouse and place the cursor into the entry field for the filename.
Ideally it would already be there, may be with the last save's filename highlighted, so that I could
either modify the name or overwrite the previous save.
Any chances for this?

The placing of the cursor is easy to do and must be done in the corresponding ui code in wui/
