Bug Description

Binary package hint: transmission

Transmission is very little and simple application but uses a lot of HDD resources.
It should be developed some kind of RAM side-caching or sth like this, I'm not sure.
For example, Deluge is very efficient with the HDD (and in its settings it can be set such cache).

This is in the nightly builds, but it's not scheduled to go into a stable release until 2.10.
