Bug Description

Seb & Ted have expressed interest in an apport hook being created for indicator-applet. I was asked to file a bug report to track information that is required in the apport hook. Assigning to myself as I will be working on this.

At Ted's request, I have modified the script. The current progress is at http://ubuntu.pastebin.com/kFBVcYK0

I still need to incorporate "indicator-applet-complete" using user-friendly terminology. I also need to include the "APPMENU" and "COMPLETE" logs.

I have added the "APPMENU" and "COMPLETE" logs & added support for "indicator-applete-complete". The only thing I'm not sure about is the question for indicator-applet-complete. Currently the hook uses "The all-in-one (complete) applet is not working correctly". Is this wording OK, or is there a more "user friendly" name we can use when asking the end user the questions (like using "Social Networking Menu" for indicator-me)?

Apart from that issue, I believe the hook is ready to deploy in the Maverick packages. I have tested the hook at https://bugs.staging.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/indicator-me/+bug/586620 & it is working as expected.
