Please sync aubio 0.3.2-4 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Python2.6 changes fixed independantly in Debian.
* BD change from fftw3-dev to libfftw3-dev has *not* occured in Debian, but
  fftw3-dev still exists as a virtual package in Ubuntu, so aubio should build.
  This is not a major issue.
