Bug Description

"Drag to reposition" tooltips on top and bottom docks overlap the settings dialog. The top one isn't so bad since it
only obstructs the title bar but the bottom one obstructs the "Delete
Dock" button making it very hard to delete the bottom dock. This on a 1024x600 screen and 48px Docky.

Rev 1449.

This is literally the smallest I can make that dialog, so this is the best you will get.

SRU verification for Lucid:
I have reproduced the problem with docky 2.0.5-0ubuntu1 in lucid-updates and have verified that the version of docky 2.0.6-0ubuntu1 in -proposed fixes the issue.
