delay before capture setting not honored by auto capture

I've discovered that this happens in the state where you start fresh, without loading a previous project or without saving the current project. Once you save, the timing is honored.

After double-checking, I found the basis for the inconsistency: The manual capture option (clicking the camera icon) honors the delay, but the auto-capture option does not.

It would be nice if some sort of control how rapidly the screen is sampled could be exposed to the script.

Maybe up to the point where it is possible to specify that several find() operations can be performed on a single screenshot?

We might be talking about different things. I'm referring to the delay between telling Sikuli to capture a small image for use inside the script, and when it actually goes into screen capture mode. I think you may be referring to optimizing the way the entire screen is captured, and when it's necessary to re-capture the whole screen. And I think that would be a nice option, too, but you may want to open a separate report on it.

RaiMan, does it work for you on auto-capture, or just manual capture? It works for me on manual capture, but if I click something like "click(camera picture") in the IDE, there's no delay after the IDE window disappears.

The delay is only honored, when clicking on a camera symbol (either the button or inline in the code).
