Bug Description
A function to delete a list is needed in the rest-server (which I believe is necessary to be able to implement it in the rest-client).

I have a branch for this which I'll merge momentarily. You'll be able to delete a list via the REST API, but not yet the archives for the list. I'm not quite sure what the right interfaces is for deleting a list's archives.
