Bug Description

Similar in scope to the CloudFiles developer docs, we need an OpenStack Swift User's Guide informing users of Swift how the whole external REST API works.

I'm wondering if we should change this bug to: Add OpenStack Swift User's Guide

The CloudFiles Developer Docs are in a "goofy" format and have a decent amount of Rackspace specific stuff in them, like CDN capabilities.
