Bug Description
The commit message of this revision really exemplifies it pretty well:

"See description of change... what's the difference between that message and this message again?"
Some kind of easily discoverable help text would be nice. Just something simple like "If you want to leave a special note for the reviewer, do so here. It will only be used during the merge process" and "Enter the commit message here." might suffice.
