Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubiquity
Testing Kubuntu Desktop i386 Maverick Beta Candidate (20100902)
I installed OEM version in a netbook without internet connection.
After installation, the Netbook interface appears (expected) but I didn't get a "Prepare for end user" icon.
oem-config-kde is not installed either.
