Bug Description
At the moment when you click a notification from gwibber it opens gwibber but the rest of the notifications if you have more than one stay there. All the notifications should be removed when the first one is removed.

- Don't crash if there are streams configured for accounts that no longer
exist (LP: #631263)
- Delete associated streams when an account is deleted
