Bug Description

Binary package hint: linux-generic

HW: Sony Vaio VGN-FS550
Intel(R) Pentium(R) M processor 1.60GHz

Description: CPU _does not_ scale down on 686 kernel and _does_ scale down on 386 kernel. Desktop with 686 kernel behaves slower even thought CPU is running full speed...
