Bug Description
I tried to bzr branch lp:subvertpy, and I got this error:
bzr: ERROR: bzrlib.
The dev focus for subvertpy is bzr+ssh:

this is new
its thumpers code to support lp: for private branches
thats +branch
please file a bug on launchpad-code

Hmm...
We used to resolve remote branches to their remote location, but now we don't.
You should get jelmer to change the branch to be either mirrored or hosted on
Launchpad.
