Bug Description
Binary package hint: rekonq
Ctrl +W is "Close tab", but when there is only one tab, it doesn't do that. It instead closes the old tab and opens a new one. This is unfortunate and not consistent with how modern browsers that people commonly use (Firefox and Chromium) behave.

i dont see an issue with this.
as example: in chromium, closing the last [or first tab, depending how you look at it] quits the application, if thats what i wanted i would have exited the program couple other ways.
the behaviour in rekonq is fine with me, so i do not consider this to be a flaw.
my rationale: ctrl-w shouldnt close the application, so when all other tabs are terminated, home should always remain. makes sense to me
