Bug Description
It would be handy to have a qcommit equivalent for "bzr commit -F <filename>".
I have a script that puts together a rough commit message using the merged revisions, and would like to pre-seed the qcommit message with this data. Unfortunately, because I'm playing only in bat files, there isn't an easy way to join the file up and send using bzr qcommit -m "message". Ideally, I'd like to be able to simply do bzr qcommit -F <mergecommentsf

It should be easy to add -F option. If you want I can teach you how.
