Bug Description
Whilst trying out the latest desktop daily (7th October), I've noticed that the progress bars when the filesystems are being created on partitions only go from 0 - 15% rather than all the way up to 100%.

Yes, that's correct. The partitioner occupies the first 15% of the install progress bar, and the copying and configuration steps occupy the rest. This was an intentional design decision: see https:/
