Bug Description

Binary package hint: kde-guidance-powermanager

If I start suspend and hibernate with the acpi scripts resume works flawlessly but if I start it with Power Manager it restarts always with locked screen saver.
It works fine but I would prefer to resume without a password since no one else can use this pc and I think that there should be an option like under /etc/default/acpi-support (LOCK_SCREEN). Maybe only in configuration file but an option would be great.
Another great step toward laptop system would be an option for suspend/hibernate laptop after x minutes without use which differences between ac adapter plugged or not.

Confirmed two feature requests:
- configurable lock screen before suspend/resume
- suspend/resume on idle

Both features were already discussed and may be implemented for future version.

Attached is a patch that adds a checkbox so you can choose if you want to lock the screen.

As to the 'suspend on idle', if someone found me a way to detect 'idleness', I'm happy to implement it. I've had a brief look in kscreensaver, and it seems you have to dive deep into X internals to find out how long the machine had been idle. :/

Same should be also true for Logout dialog (ksmserver) - we probably need to use the same config file?
