Bug Description

Binary package hint: kubuntu-notification-helper

Running latest iso cd in live mode

1) Clicking on a mp3 file opens amarok but it says can't reproduce mp3
    kubuntu-notification-helper doesn't offer to install codecs

2) Open rekonq, go to youtube, kubuntu-notification-helper doesn't offer to install flash plugin

This is not the case with an Ubuntu Live CD - you are notified about the availability of restricted codecs, however the install doesn't go well but that's another bug.
