A run of
  LC_ALL=C apt-cache -i unmet | grep ^Package | cut -d' ' -f2 | sort -u | \
     xargs apt-cache showsrc | grep Package | sed 's/Package\:\ //g' | sort -u
indicates that the source package rsjog has binary packages that are not
installable at the moment.

Please have a look and make sure it's installable again.

rsjog (1.1-4.1) depends on:

libgtk-ruby1.6 (not available)
libruby1.6 (>= 1.6.8-13) (not available)
ruby1.6 (not available)

https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/edgy/+source/rsjog says that rsjog 1.1-5 has no binaries generated for it. It recently failed to build.
