The problem here is that python-egenix-mx-base-dev has no python2.5 headers.

The debian version of egenix-mx-base_2.0.6-4.dsc works fine and fixes the FTBFS. Unfortunately it has a lower version number than the current ubuntu version so it can't be easily synced.

I tested the debdiff and it works here and make psycopg build fine again.
