Bug Description
I just installed Tomdroid 0.4 and installing + syncing with Tomboy Web worked perfectly!
One minor bug though, all notes says "Modified MM/DD/YY, H:MM XM" even though my locale on the phone uses 24 hour and YYYY-MM-DD date format.
This bug is also in Tomboy 1.4.0 on Ubuntu 10.10 so maybe it's something from the server?

I think it's local. You are right, we should display it according to phone's locale setting.
