delete all notifications

Can't replicate it neither on master nor on 1.3_STABLE...

Bug description:
Mahara 1.3.1 and on the master (beta) site.

When in the inbox, if you hit the "Delete all notifications" button, a non-recoverable error occurs.

That is interesting. Tested with different notification settings, can't replicate, no error occurs. Tried with PostgreSQL 8.3 and MySQL 5.0.5.

I just had a look in the logs for that server, and it was happening when you try to delete notifications that have been replied to by a different user. I was failing to set the parent column of the replies to null before deleting the parent notification.
