Folders starting with '#' not uploaded

Bug Description

Any Folder which name starts with '#' (I haven't checked for other signs) doesn't upload to UbuntuOne after activating "Synchronize" in Ubuntu 10.10. It does show the "Updating"-sign, but that's all. I don't know if it is WANTED that these folders aren't uploaded, but it would be nice then to give an error or warning-message.

Example:
2 files, one "check/test/text.txt" and the other one "check/#test/text.txt"
On UbuntuOne there is "checkt/test/text.txt" but "check/#test/" doesn't appear

Yes it looks like that is in the list of folders to ignore. The file these settings are in is:
/etc/xdg/ubuntuone/syncdaemon.conf

ignore.default = \A#.*\Z
                 \A.*~\Z
                 \A.*\.py[oc]\Z
                 \A.*\.sw[nopx]\Z
                 \A.*\.swpx\Z
                 \A\..*\.tmp\Z

I would recommend changing the folder name first. But if that is not an option you could remove the first line "\A#.*\Z" from the syncdaemon.conf file.

Thank you for the workaround, I'll check if it works for me.
Would it be possible to add some kind of warning though (or a little icon "Not uploaded")?
or rather a option "Do upload this folder anyway" for e.g. system-folders as ".thunderbird" or similar things.

We will be adding a different regexp for folders. Facundo, can you confirm this makes sense?

If with "makes sense" you're meaning that "could be done"... yes, it could be done.
