"Brush width" is not width enough

Bug Description
In Pinta 0.5 if clicked on objects: Paintbrush, Eraser, Clone Stamp, Recolor, Text, Line, Retctangle, Rounded Rectangle, Ellipse and Freeform Shape "Brush width" is not width enough if number 10 or greater are selected from drop down bo.
The same problem for Radius on Rounded Rectangle object.
Width of "Brush width" drop down box should be wider. See attached picture.
