Bug Description

There are no keyboard layouts in Kcontrol>Regional & Accessibility>Keyboard Layout

I can confirm this, indeed when I've upgraded to Edgy (i many workstations) in some of it i have this problem. All have the same Keyboard (Genius KB-21e Scroll), same configuration (language, etc.) and so on.
Heres attached screenshot of what i mean, and what this bug means.

Marking as Fix Released. I see the keyboard Layouts in Dapper, Edgy, and Feisty.
