use comboentry instead of combobox for entering date

Bug Description

Currently entering a date in the contact editor can be quite cumbersome. This could be helped a lot by using comboentries instead of regular combo boxes.

This could enable a few nice things one of which is hints: The entries could show hints for "month" "day" and "year" so it's more clear what each one is for and they aren't all blank. This will also be less surprising to users who expect the fields in a different order. Also, it would be much faster for most users to simply type in the information than click through a large list (especially for year)
