Bug Description
1. Use large zoom (e.g. 400%) in order to see bug more clearly
2. Select paintbrush
3. Use large brush width (55)
4. Create the drawing (left click anywhere on the canvas).
5. The drawing that created by above operation (in this case is a circle) not on the clicked coordinate.
The center of the drawing should be on the clicked coordinate.

If you select zoom 3600% and select Brush width to 1 and using Paintbrush it is clear that drawing appears at the right site of mouse pointer.
