Should use losetup and udisks DBus calls instead of mktemp and manual mounts

Binary package hint: usb-creator

As udisks supports loop devices, we should move the code in bin/usb-creator-helper from using mktemp and manual calls to mount, to losetup and the udisks DBus API.
