I read the u-1 website and it said to disconnect and reconnect to solve this problem ... But when I clicked disconnect nothing happened. I tried the command u1sdtool -c in the terminal and it said no such command... u1sdtool -q did nothing as well. So then I used the system monitor and stopped the process. When I trued to re start it it crashed and that is what generated this bug. Now I have rebooted the machine and u-1 crashed the first time I clicked on the icon, but restarted from the menu and is now working properly downloading files in the cloud from my laptop to my desktop. I just hope it continues to work and not crash when I click on the icon in the panel

Jonathan,
you can attach your Ubuntu One logs to this bug and we can take a look at them and see if the information is still there from the time of the crash and if it provides any clues to what happened. You can attach the logs to this bug report using the 'Add Attachment or Patch' button at the bottom of the page. Just zip your $HOME/.cache/ubuntuone/log/ folder and attach the zip here. You can zip the folder by right-clicking on it and selecting compress.

After you attach the logs you can change the 'Status' of your bug back to 'New'. The status of a bug report can be modified by clicking on the current status in the yellow line, which will reveal a sub menu. You can then set a new status in the drop down box.

thank you,
duanedesign
