Bug Description

I have noticed over the last few months the frequency of this error is increasing dramatically. It used to only be once in a long time you would see such an error but now it's starting to become more often when you hit save than not.

The error is as follows:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, <email address hidden> and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Apache/2.2.8 (Ubuntu) mod_fastcgi/2.4.6 mod_python/3.3.1 Python/2.5.2 mod_ssl/2.2.8 OpenSSL/0.9.8g Server at wiki.ubuntu.com Port 80

Steps to reproduce:

Log into wiki.ubuntu.com and edit a page. When you hit save it will actually save your changes (well it has every time I've checked) but will still throw that message. It doesn't happen every time, just more often than not.
