Bug Description
It should allow to configure / limit the download and upload speed (kb/s). It struggles my internet connection and I can't do anything else, like browsing.

Good idea!! If you can provide with a patch that would be amazing. Note that TestDrive uses rsync for almost everything, but also supports zsync and wget for some other stuff.
