Bug Description
If new log and error messages are added and are i18N strings then the launchpad translation page should show all untranslated messages for the respective language automatically. This way the translation team can translate all the new messages without anyone’s dependency.

You can select "Untranslated items" in Launchpad Translations to only see untranslated messages.
In all cases, this is not a Nova bug, maybe a Launchpad one ?
