ISO Kubuntu Desktop AMD64 / 2011.01.31

Ubiquity crashes after clicking on 'forward' at step 'Who are you'. The following error is caught is syslog
Works fine on i386

TEST CASE:
1. Boot from LiveCD Kubuntu-Desktop-AMD64
2. Try KUbuntu
3. Click on 'Install KUbuntu'
4. Follow the installation steps

Result:
- Ubiquity closes after step 'Who are you'

I suspect that this depends on timing of responses to the questions that are asked in parallel to copying files.

Disconnected from this report, but when I start Konqueror in a Live session, it crashes with a segfault in libqtwebkit. Might this be related to bug 705917 (I know the other is gtk but both have webkit crashing) ?

I can workaround the bug by removing ubiquity-slideshow-kubuntu. I'm marking this report as duplicate of #710582
