Bug Description

Binary package hint: kpf

If you start the server by its icon and it wants to know the folder that it should share it is possible to use remote folders.

This is simply the KDE standard of opening a file, but if it is used it causes kpf to crash.

btw: kpf is wonderful! :-)

KDE: 3.5.5 (Kubuntu Dapper)
KPF: Version: 4:3.5.2-0ubuntu6 - Depends: kdelibs4c2a

I testet the situation several times now and was not able to reproduce that point exactly. :-( Sorry.

The option was always greyed out and not reachable.

I now think that there might have been a minor crash in any component in KDE that allowed this bigger crash.

I will try to give you better bugreports next time... Thank you for your work!

No problem :)

Maybe it was fixed by an update. I'll close the report since none of us is able to reproduce the bug. Please reopen it if the problem reappears. Thank you for reporting :)
