Bug Description

Auto creating an issue from an incoming e-mail message might auto generate a couple of mails (copy of original mail, notification).
I've found that those auto generated mails have got the same Message-ID header as the original message. This leads to several mails with the same Message-ID going thru the MTA.
This breaks RFC (i guess) and possibly many IMAP/POP servers that store mails with the Message-ID as a file name (messages got overwritten). At least it breaks on Zimbra.

Here is a patch, that might handle only part of the problem.
Actually, it gets the Message-ID generated in notification messages, instead of re-using it from the original (root) message.
