Binary package hint: unity
Steps to reproduce:
Click on the ubuntu button, type something then press 'ctrl+a' see the magic.
Instead of showing that weired box it should select all the text.

This is especially important because ctrl+a can be used to quickly select all of your input and re-type something else. Easier than re-spawning the window.
