Bug Description

Binary package hint: transmission

Steps to reproduce:
1. Enable web interface
2. Open web interface in browser http://localhost:9092
3. Enable speed limit mode
4. Switch to GUI
5. See nothing changed in the GUI status bar (turtle button is inactive)
Expected result: the turtle button must be turned ON.

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and make Ubuntu better. Is it possible to get some information about your setup?

What version of Ubuntu are you using?
Which package of transmission is installed (you can run this command in the terminal (dpkg -l | grep transmission)?

I can reproduce the bug in my system:

Ubuntu 10.10
Package: transmission-gtk 2.04-0ubuntu2
