The service I not use permanently
I have to set /etc/init/squid.disable and I found /etc/init/squid and /etc/init/squid.disable. Now I move /etc/init/squid to /etc/init/squid.disable

Hi,

thanks for taking the time to submit this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.

If I understand you right, this failed upgrade happened while you had

/etc/init/squid renamed to /etc/init/squid.disabled. If you move it back to /etc/init/squid and then do

 apt-get install -f

does the upgrade then succeed?

Or did I misunderstand your last comment?

Changed in squid (Ubuntu):
status: New → Incomplete

yes
"apt-get install -f" I didn't include in the original description.
