access denied for group branches (canonical-isd-hackers/oops-tools/isd-oops)

Bug Description
I am trying to access lp:~canonical-isd-hackers/oops-tools/isd-oops , but launchpad tells me I don't have permission. I am a member of canonical-

I noticed something else odd about this. While browsing the oops-tools branches...

... the first row of the branch table tells me:
A development focus branch hasn't been specified, [set it now].
However, I hear that the development focus has indeed been set, and is lp:~launchpad-pqm/oops-tools/trunk . But I can't access that branch either, and no pqm-owned branches are even listed in the table.
I'm not sure if this is related to the original access issue, but it seems possible.
