Bug Description

When the "Low disk space" warning appears, if you hover on the launcher icon it has title "gnome-settings-daemon".
This does not seem correct and is confusing for the user.
Ideally it should not even appear in launcher, but I may be wrong about that.

This is probably a bug with gnome-settings not setting the proper hints on its dialog, but we should maybe try and prevent against it

g-s-d sets the dialog title (via gtk_window_set_title), so what other hints would it have to set? It looks to me unity launcher is just using the name of the application?
