Bug Description

It would be nice if there was a GConf setting to disable the warning about Docky requiring compositing.

I regularly disable compositing in order to get decent performance out of a 3D game under wine, and while Docky keeps working fine (apart from some blackness where transparency should be) the popups can get a little annoying.

A GConf-setting to disable the popup would be nice. I don't think it should be a regular option, as that would probably lead to confusion for people who should just be enabling compositing.

Current behaviour:
When Docky detects the window manager doesn't support compositing (either at startup, or when switching WM while Docky is running), it shows a warning popup stating "Docky requires compositing to work properly. Certain options are disabled and themes/animations will look incorrect."

Desired behaviour:
If a certain GConf key is set, Docky never displays the warning.

Current Docky version: 2.2.0 bzr docky r1805 ppa

This flag to turn off the check for compositing would be a nice help for those who cannot use Compositing when they are using Xinerama, for instance.

Does this mean, I can turn this warning off? If yes, how?
