Launchpad.login_with *ignores* its consumer_name argument

Bug Description

Launchpad.login_with currently DISREGARDS a value passed for consumer_name, in violation of its own docstring.

This happens because AuthorizeRequestTokenWithBrowser apparently deliberately ignores a passed consumer name. Why?

This is a serious bug that should be fixed for natty, as it breaks the obvious way for applications which want to request that launchpadlib follow its 1.6.x style of authentication.

Is this connected to bug 752095?

So I think the boat has well and truely sailed. We can still fix this, probably.
