Bug Description
TEST CASE:
- as this is really "just" a fix for the pot template there is no risk for the update
- a normal regression test (does it install, does it still starts) is enough
- we need to check the pot once the package is available to ensure its properly imported into LP

Also, after getting this in and getting some translations, it would be nice to export the translations and rebuild the package, so that the applets shipped by gnome-panel could have nicely translated descriptions in the Add to panel dialog. See also bug #760680 on the reasons behind this.
