Bug Description
Binary package hint: unity
I've got a dualscreen setup. When I open a window (say Firefox), it opens on the primary (upper) screen. I'd like to drag windows down to the secondary screen, but it will not move completely over the boundary of the two screens. The title bar always stays on the primary screen.
