Problem in graphics (look and feel) after reboot.
I was ding laptop testing. after resolution changed my display gone down(blank).
I was only able to see pointer.
After restart i think metacity crashed. My ubuntu was looking weired.
also my terminal's transparency is lost.

"Everything is looking without theme" sounds like a window manager crash. I *think* all the symptoms you describe correspond to a WM crash, although blank screens with moving mouse issues can also sometimes be GPU lockups.
