Bug Description
Binary package hint: konqueror
The proxy configuration URL is deleted instead of greyed out.
To reproduce:
1. In the proxy configuration panel, select "Use the following proxy configuration URL" and enter the URL. Click OK.
2. Go back to the proxy configuration panel and click "Setup" next to the "Manually specify the proxy settings" button. Configure the proxy and click OK. Back in the main proxy configuration panel, note that the previously-entered proxy configuration URL is greyed out. Click OK.
3. Go back to the proxy configuration panel again. The proxy configuration URL box is empty.
I sometimes need to change my settings to test various things, and I think the URL should not have been removed, but left greyed out. Indeed, it's left greyed out if "Connect to the Internet directly" is selected in step 2 instead of "Manually specify the proxy settings".
