After resume from suspend 3/4 parts of screen fail

Bug Description

Lap-Top model: Samsung N 150 Eom UMTS
Ubuntu 11.04 i386

After selection Suspend in the drop-dawn menu,
Lap-top gets sleep.
After about 10 seconds and pressing the power button:
result: screen gets bad. left side is scrambled (about 3 of 4 parts. maybe resolution 800*600 is nused instead 1024*600)
