Bug Description
Even though Bug #691651 was solved, when I unmaximize a window the title does not update (Say when changing tabs in chrome or firefox, changing directory on gnome-terminal, etc.).
On Ubuntu 11.04 amd64 with unity 3.8.12-0ubuntu1

Weird. The title updates immediately for me. Could you confirm if this is still an issue with unity 3.8.14? (Update your version of Unity from update-manager)
