Bug Description
The system error page in SchoolTool is inherited from SchoolBell, and mentions
SchoolTool by name.
Some other web pages in SchoolTool also claim it is SchoolBell (see issue 315).
Some view names in SchoolTool have "SchoolBell" in them (addSchoolBellG
and addSchoolBellRe

The only significant place where "SchoolBell" turns up in the SchoolTool trunk is in the error page. I'd like to see that fixed.
